HARVEST FERMENT FEAST

A two-day hands-on Workshop in Traditional Food Skills and Wood-Fired Cooking.

Join us for a unique weekend of harvesting, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking in a 35 year established sanctuary with gardens, bee hives, mature orchards and vines laden with a diverse array of fruits & berries. Theo and Sara are multidisciplinary artists who’ve built their place from scratch, creating whimsical structures utilizing cordwood, strawbale and timber frame construction methods over the years.
